Digital Marketing Manager

We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally and regionally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include initiating planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Management responsibilities:

- Manage, lead, and evaluate Team consisting of specialists, writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.. 

- Recruitment, selection, and training of marketing operations employees in the digital marketing department

- Measure team performance against KPI’s.

- Manage Budgets effectively and efficiently

- Ensure all tasks are being efficiently handled and delivered on time and on budgets.

Digital marketing responsibilities:

Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s master marketing plan and brand identity
- Building strong and engaging social media presence
- Monitoring company's brand on social media and analyzing data to determine whether online campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
- Running company social media advertising campaigns
- Edit and proofread content before final publication
- Stays on top of industry news
- Prepare and execute conversion tests

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

- Highly creative with in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Experience using various analytics software and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.. )

- Excellent project management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.

Candidate shall be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. He/She will be actively participating in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.

Responsibilities

- Participate in developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

- Creating consistent, meaningful, engaging content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts

- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

- Promoting social media campaigns

- Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests in a timely manner.

- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events

- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

- 3 or more years of social media experience including initiating planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.

- At least 2 years' experience managing following social media platforms is essential (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English.

- Experience using various analytics software and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.. )

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

We are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team as a Content Developer. The responsibilities of the Content Developer include creating original content for our website, update existing material, and advertising that includes copywriting, graphics, and product description. The Content Developer must also adhere to SEO best practices.

The Content Developer focus on creating engaging material appealing to consumers' interests.

Responsibilities

- Research industry-related topics and recommend new topics.

- Collaborating with the team and internal departments to establish campaign objectives

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate content 

- Conduct keyword research (in-depth) and apply SEO guidelines to optimize content

- The Content Developer must also adhere to SEO best practices.

- Creates new, creative & engaging ideas to compete with other brands 

- Writing clear, concise, creative, and engaging micro content such as :
